Witch is a flat sea fish with white flesh, similar to sole but lacking the flavour.

Winkle

Description
Winkle have a conical shell and often sold cooked.

Eaten as they are or added to many dishes.

Zander

Zander a river fish, which can weigh up to 8.5kg (19lb) are similar to pike.
