Bishop
1 Large Orange
1 Bottle of Port
12 Cloves
Sugar
Stick cloves into orange.
Place in an ovenproof bowl, cover closely and roast until a rich brown colour.
Cut up into 8 pieces, removing pips.
Place port into saucepan with pieces of orange and heat gently.
Sweeten to taste with sugar and simmer for 20 minutes, being careful not to boil.
Strain off liquid through fine sieve.
Serve immediately
