Blackberry Leaf Tea

200ml (7 floz) Boiling water
1 tsp Dried blackberry leaves
Sugar - to taste

Pick young tender green leaves.
Place in an airing cupboard or similar to dry thoroughly for at least five days.
Store in an airtight jar, aerate frequently to avoid mould.
To prepare, pour the boiling water over the leaves, allow to infuse for 5 minutes
Add sugar to taste if desire.
