Brandy Sour Cocktail
60ml (2floz) Brandy
30ml (1floz) Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml (˝floz) Sugar Syrup
2-3 Angostura Bitters [Optional]
Lemon Twist
Maraschino Cherry
Ice
Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.
Shake well and strain into a tumbler.
Garnish with a lemon twist, cherry and add ice cubes.
