Gimlet Cocktail
30ml (1floz) Gin
30ml (1floz) Lime Juice
10ml (¼floz) Sugar Syrup
Lime Twist [Optional]
Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.
Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a twist of lime.
