Gin Sling Cocktail
30ml (1floz) Gin
15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15 ml Sugar Syrup
Dash Angostura Bitters [Optional]
Lemon or Orange Peel
Ice
Pour the lemon juice, sugar syrup and angostura bitters (if used) into a tumbler, add ice cubes and stir.
Pour in the gin.
Garnish with a twist of lemon or orange peel.
