Greyhound Cocktail

115ml (4floz) Grapefuit Juice
60ml (2floz) Vodka or Gin
Lemon Twist
Ice

Add ice to a tall glass.
Pour the vodka over.
Add the grapefruit juice and stir gently.
Garnish with a twist of lemon,
