Jamaican Rum Punch
100ml (3˝floz) Pineapple Juice
100ml (3˝floz) Orange Juice
60ml (2floz) Rum
30ml (1floz) Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml (˝floz) Sugar Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Soda Water
Ice
Maraschino Cherry
Lemon Twist
Pineapple Slice [Optional]
Combine all of the ingredients, except the soda water in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.
Shake well and pour into a tall glass, with the ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist, cherry and pineapple slice (if used).
