Pink Lady Cocktail

30ml (1floz) Gin
15ml (½floz) Sugar Syrup
15ml (½floz) Double Cream
15ml (½floz) Grenadine Syrup
1 Egg white [Optional]
Ice

Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
