Tom Collins Cocktail
100ml (3˝floz) Soda Water
60ml (2floz) Gin
30ml (1floz) Fresh Lemon Juice
30ml (1floz) Sugar Syrup
Orange Slice
Ice
Combine all of the ingredients, except the soda water in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.
Shake well and pour into a tumbler, with the a few ice cubes.
Add soda water, to taste and stir.
Garnish with the slice of orange.
