Victorian/Edwardian Fruit Nectar
450ml (¾ pint) Water
340ml (12floz) Orange Juice
235ml (8floz) Pineapple Juice
170g (6oz) Sugar
115ml (4floz) Lemon Juice
Boil the sugar and water for 2 minutes and then cool.
Add the fruit juices, strain and serve over cracked ice.
Serves: 6-8
