Victorian/Edwardian Ginger Ale Punch
1.1lt (2 pints) Ginger Ale
600ml (1 pint) Water
600ml (1 pint) Grape Juice
340g (12oz) Sugar
3 Oranges
2 Lemons
1 Lemon sliced thin
4 Sprigs Fresh Mint (crushed)
Boil the sugar and water for 2 minutes and allow the syrup to cool.
Add the lemon orange and grape juices, crushed mint and sliced lemon to the syrup.
Just before using, add the ginger ale and serve over cracked ice.
