Pie of Baked Meat

675g (1½lb) Cooked Pork, either minced or cut into small pieces
120ml (4 floz) Honey
6 Egg Yolks
1 9" Pastry case with lid
2 tsp Ginger
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper

Mix together all ingredients, making sure the mixture is slightly liquid.
(If not, add more egg yolks)
Place mixture in pastry case, add lid, add some decorative steam holes or slashes to the lid.
Bake in a preheated oven to 190°C: 375°F: Gas 5 for 30-45 minutes, or until a golden brown.
Serves 6-8.

Option: Add 110g (4oz) of either currants, chopped dates, raisins, or pine nuts, or any combination of these ingredients.
