Venison Pie

680g (1½lb) venison shanks, parboiled and in small pieces
1 nine-inch Pastry case (no lid)
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Ginger

Preheat oven to 190°C: 375°F: Gas 5
Mix all ingredients and place in pastry case.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until crust is lightly browned.
