Beurre Noir

2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
1 tsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper

Put the butter in a frying pan and when very hot, add the parsley and then the other ingredients.
Boil once.
This sauce is for fried and broiled fish and is poured over the fish before sending to the table.
