Tredure Sauce
2 eggs
110-225g (4-8oz) Breadcrumbs
965ml (1.7 pints) Gode Broth (made without breadcrumbs)
1 tbsp White wine vinegar
½ tsp Sugar
¼ tsp Cinnamon
Beat together the eggs and bread crumbs until mixture is smooth and thick.
Bring broth to a boil.
Add egg mixture, spices, and lemon juice, and while stirring vigorously with a balloon whisk, return to a boil.
Reduce heat, allow to cook for several minutes, then remove from heat.
Ensure that the final product is very smooth and thick.
Serve warm.
