Portuguese Piri Piri Sauce
Molho De Piri Piri
6 Red Chilli Peppers
235ml (8floz) Olive Oil
80ml (3floz) Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
Coarsely chop the peppers.
Place all of the ingredients into a jar.
Cover tightly with a lid and shake vigorously for a few minutes.
Store at room temperature.
Shake well every time before using.
Keeps for around a month.
