Honey Glazed Ham

1 7kg (15lb) Baked or Boiled Ham
110g (4oz) Honey
1 Orange, grated rind and juice
1 tbsp Prepared mustard
24 Cloves (approx.)

Pre-heat oven to 220°C: 425°F: Gas 7.
Score the ham fat diagonally at 2cm (1 inch) intervals, first in one direction then another, to produce a diamond pattern.
Mix the honey, mustard, rind and enough juice to provide a spreadable mixture.
Spread ham with glaze.
Stud the ham with cloves at the points of the diamond shapes.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Cool completely before serving.
