Sausage and Egg Casserole
450g (1lb) Pork Sausages
60ml (2floz) Milk
4 Eggs
2 Tomatoes, halved
Grated Cheese
Salt and Pepper
Pre-heat oven to 170°C: 325°F: Gas 3.
Fry the sausages until golden brown, cut into bite sized pieces.
Place the sausages and tomatoes into a lightly greased ovenproof dish.
Beat the eggs with the milk and season to taste.
Pour the egg mixture over the sausages and tomatoes.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the egg is set.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and place under a hot grill until golden brown and bubbling.
