Scottish Sliced Sausage

450g (1lb) Minced Beef
450g (1lb) Sausage Meat
170g (6oz) Breadcrumbs
115ml (4fl) Water
1½ tsp Salt
1½ tsp Coriander
1 tsp Pepper
½ tsp Nutmeg

Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly.
Line a loaf tin with clingfilm.
Press the mixture into the tin and cover with clingfilm.
Place in the refrigerator or freezer until firm.
Remove from the refrigerator and cut into slices.
Fry or grill serve with bacon and eggs for breakfast.
