Oven Fried Chicken

Serves 4

4 Chicken Breast Fillets
50g (2oz) Breadcrumbs
1 tsp Parsley
½ tsp Basil
¼ tsp Pepper
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Paprika

Pre-heat the oven to 190°C: 375°F: Gas 5
Combine the breadcrumbs, herbs and seasonings.
Place half of the mixture on a sheet of tin foil on a baking tray add the skinned chicken breasts, pressing down.
Add the remaining breadcrumb mixture on top of the chicken again pressing down
Bake for about 45 minutes.
