Celery Vinegar
600ml (1 pint) White Wine Vinegar, or Cider Vinegar
110g (4oz) Celery Seed
Place celery seed into a bottle and fill with white wine vinegar or cider vinegar.
Leave in a cool place for at least 5 days before using.
Use as a flavouring for soups. sauces or add a little to salad dressings.
