Brandy Butter
110g (4oz) Butter
50g (2oz) Icing Sugar
1 tbsp Brandy
Cream butter and sugar together.
Stir in the brandy and beat into the butter and sugar mix.
Place in the refrigerator until needed.
Serve with Christmas pudding.
