Welsh Laver Sauce

225g (8oz) Laverbread
25g (1oz) Butter
1 Seville (Bitter) Orange, juice only
Stock
Pepper

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the laver and heat through.
Add the orange juice and enough stock to slacken the desired consistency, season with pepper to taste.
Serve hot with Welsh lamb or mutton.
