Madeira Sauce
900ml (1½ pints) Stock
200ml (1/3 pint) Madeira
Place the stock in to a saucepan and reduce slightly.
Add the Madeira.
The stock should be reduced so that when the Madeira is added that it will bring the volume back to 900ml (1½ pints).
