Mint Sauce

150ml (¼ pint) Vinegar
60ml (4 tbsp) Water
50g (2oz) Mint
25g (1oz) Caster Sugar

Finely chop the mint.
Dissolve the sugar in the warm water.
Add the vinegar and mix well.
