Rum Sauce

110g (4oz) Sugar
50g (2oz) Unsalted Butter
2-4 tbsp Rum

In a small saucepan, place the rum and sugar over a low heat.
Stir until dissolved.
Add the butter, continue heating until melted.
Either use at once warm over plum pudding or ice cream, or allow to cool and store in the fridge.
