Tartare Sauce
Makes 225ml (8 floz)
175ml (6 floz) Mayonnaise
2 tsp Capers, chopped
2 tsp Gherkins, chopped
2 tsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 tsp Fresh Tarragon or Chives, chopped
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Mix all of the ingredients together.
Allow to stand for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve with fried fish.
