Pecan Cheese Log

225g (8oz) Cream Cheese
110g (4oz) Cheddar Cheese
110g (4oz) Blue Cheese
50g (2oz) Pecan Nuts
Tabasco Sauce

Soften the cream cheese, grate the Cheddar and crumble the blue cheese.
Carefully blend the cheeses together in a mixing bowl, adding a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
Place into the fridge until firm enough to handle.
Roll into a log about 20cm (8 inches) long, wrap in waxed paper or clingfilm.
Return to the fridge until firm.
Coarsely chop the pecan nuts, remove the waxed paper or clingfilm and roll the log in the nuts to cover all over.
Serve with crispbreads, cracker or savoury biscuits.
